El programa expositivo del MUSAC está marcado por la propia disposición espacial de las salas en su conjunto. Centrado en una línea conceptual y social cercana a los postulados generales del museo y de su colección, las grandes exposiciones de MUSAC se despliegan a lo largo de las Salas 1 a 6 del museo, con un total de más de 3.600 m².El Laboratorio 987 se entiende como "sala de proyectos" del museo, a través de la cual se invita a comisarios jóvenes a realizar un proyecto curatorial concreto, más dinámico y versátil en sus propuestas que las grandes muestras. El Proyecto Vitrinas, situado en el vestíbulo del museo, suele albergar proyectos específicos, habitualmente centrados en labores editoriales, pedagógicas o relacionadas con la arquitectura.

It will be a busy and exciting year, including upcoming museum solo shows with Museum Africa in Johannesburg, and Sasol Museum in Stellenbosch, a residency at Nirox Cradle of Humankind, as well as Lurie's next solo exhibition Writing the City, to be launched at Sulger-Buel Lovell Cape Town's new gallery space at The Palms in Woodstock, and then travel to the London gallery.
